Olia Store offers clothing, footwear, accessories and other fashion products through its online shop.
These terms govern the use of the online shop and transactions between Olia Store and its customers.

Olia Store makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product information, descriptions, photographs, available sizes, colours and features are presented accurately.
Small differences in how colours appear may occur depending on the user’s screen or device.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, strikes, severe weather, carrier issues or other circumstances beyond Olia Store’s control.
- Right of Withdrawal
As a rule, a consumer who purchases through the online shop may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving a reason, in accordance with the applicable law on distance contracts.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Olia Store with a clear statement at:

- Returning Products
After notifying Olia Store of the withdrawal, products must be returned without undue delay and within the applicable statutory time limits.
Where possible, products should be returned in the condition in which they were received, together with their tags, accessories and packaging.
The consumer may be liable for any diminished value of a product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

- Refunds

Where permitted by law, the business may wait to receive the products or proof of dispatch before completing the refund.
- Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Do not add a blanket rule saying “discounted products cannot be returned.” A product being on sale does not by itself remove the customer’s statutory online withdrawal rights.
